Free Size Exchange
We offer free size exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to product availability.
To be eligible, products must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
- Be free from stains, perfume, or any signs of wear.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds are accepted only if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received an incorrect item.
- Your exchange request cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
• Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Products without original tags or packaging.
• Customized or altered garments.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
